Arizona Salesperson First-Time Renewal Package
If you already have 3 credits for legal issues and 3 credits for contract law from the Intro to Contract Writing course, you can apply those 6 credits toward this renewal period. AZ Agency Law
This course provides real estate licensees with a foundational understanding of the special legal relationship that governs conduct between licensees, clients and customers.
This course fulfills ADRE's 3-credit AGENCY LAW renewal requirement.
AZ Commissioner Standards
This course fulfills ADRE's 3-credit ARIZONA COMMISSIONER STANDARDS renewal requirement for non-broker licensees.
AZ Contract Law
This course identifies the necessary requirements for contracts to be valid and enforceable. Contract termination is also discussed with additional information related to breach and remedies for breach.
This course fulfills the 3-credit CONTRACT LAW renewal requirement identified by the ADRE.
AZ Disclosure and Inspection
This course focuses on those areas where real estate professionals commonly open themselves up to lawsuit risks, specifically within the disclosure and inspection processes.
This course fulfills the 3-credit DISCLOSURE renewal requirement identified by the ADRE.
AZ Fair Housing Law and Practice
Arizona is committed to the elimination of housing discrimination as it seeks to provide people with disabilities with the opportunity to achieve independent living in their communities. Within this course you will review Arizona fair housing legislation and ethical considerations that help prevent a person's family situation, disability or ethnicity from becoming a barrier to finding fair housing.
This course fulfills the 3-credit FAIR HOUSING renewal requirement identified by the ADRE.
AZ Legal Issues
This course identifies relevant information regarding legal issues encountered within real estate transaction processes.

AZ Rights & Limitations of Property Ownership
This course identifies fundamental information regarding when, how, and why real estate ownership is not absolute. For these reasons – and many more – real estate professionals should be aware of the rights and limitations of property ownership.

BMC #1 - Statutes and Rules
All brokers and designated brokers prior to renewing their licenses, must complete nine hours of Broker Management Clinic (3 - three hour courses). This course follows ADRE's prescribed broker management clinic core content for course #1. CD1838

This course identifies the history of mortgage, the foreclosure process, bad practices and fraud in foreclosure. It also identifies opportunities that exist within a foreclosure market.

Within this course you will identify the purpose of real estate appraisal, types of property valuation, four methods for assessing value, reconciliation, and the key components of effectively written appraisal reports.

This course identifies the fundamental basis for property management in the real estate industry. It provides insight into managing both residential and commercial property.

Real Estate Ethics & Practice
NAR Code of Ethics. This course addresses NAR's code of Ethics. In addition to providing state license renewal credit, the course may also meet your local NAR association's three-year renewal requirement. Please check with your association to confirm this.
